What are your business hours?

Our standard support hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM CST. Emergency or off-hours service may be available for an additional fee. For clients with MSP agreements, extended hours may apply as per your contract. You can submit requests anytime via our contact page or email.

What areas do you serve?

We are based out of Wentzville, Missouri, and can travel locally for in-person services. For website services and remote tech support, we assist clients globally.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept PayPal and checks. Cryptocurrency payments will be supported in the near future.

Do you offer remote support?

Yes, a significant portion of our tech support and MSP services can be provided remotely, ensuring quick and efficient solutions for many common issues. We use secure remote access tools like AnyDesk or Chrome Remote Desktop, depending on your preference.

Computer Repair & Custom Builds

How long does a typical computer repair take?

The turnaround time for repairs can vary depending on the issue and parts availability. Diagnostics are typically completed within 24-48 hours, after which we'll provide an ETA for the full repair. Virus removal might take a few hours, while hardware replacement depends on part shipment.

Is the diagnostic fee for hardware issues always waived if I go forward with the repair?

Yes! If you decide to repair it with us, we will always waive the diagnostic fee.

Can I supply my own parts for a custom PC build?

Yes! Bringing your own parts is not an issue at all. We’ll inspect parts before the build to ensure compatibility, but warranties for those parts remain your responsibility.

What warranty do you offer on custom PC builds?

We offer a 90 Day Labor Warranty on all custom builds. Individual components are covered by their respective manufacturer warranties.

Website Services

How long does it take to build a website?

A 1-page landing site can typically be completed within 1–2 weeks. A full multi-page website might take 4–8 weeks depending on complexity, number of pages, and how quickly content is provided.

What's included in the website maintenance and hosting plan?

Our $25/month Website Maintenance Plan includes up to 1 hour per month of content updates like text changes, image swaps, or minor layout tweaks. Your site is automatically backed up 24/7 with every update to ensure nothing is lost. You’ll also get priority support, meaning faster response times for any maintenance-related questions or change requests. This plan is best for clients who want peace of mind and regular hands-on updates without worrying about the technical side.

Will I own my website?

Yes, upon final payment, you will fully own the website design, text, images, and all deliverables. If we set up hosting for you, you will have access to that as well. For custom code or specific platforms, we'll clarify ownership details in our service agreement.

MSP & Tech Support

What does "MSP" mean?

MSP stands for Managed Service Provider. As your MSP, we proactively manage and support your IT infrastructure (workstations, servers, network) for a flat monthly fee, aiming to prevent issues before they impact your business.

What's included in Workstation Support?

Workstation support includes operating system patching, antivirus management, remote troubleshooting for software and hardware issues, performance monitoring, and user support for common applications. Custom legacy systems or specialized hardware may require a custom plan. Full Microsoft Active Directory services, SharePoint, and full support for the Microsoft 365 suite can also be included, depending on your contract and scope.

Is there a minimum contract term for MSP packages?

Our standard MSP contract term is 12 months. This ensures stability for both sides and allows us to deliver consistent support and improvements over time. Shorter terms can be discussed on a case-by-case basis, but monthly plans without a contract typically come at a higher rate.
